Our Approach

We use our experience to streamline the process from early engagement iniital designs through to materials arriving on site.

Initial review

Based on the architectural drawings, we provide a technical review and support the design team in developing cost-effective structural solutions.

We can also offer lump sum quotations at this stage to provide early cost certainty

Full design

Our in-house team of engineers and detailers utilise Tekla and custom design tools to develop a comprehensive design package, including a 3D model, 2D construction general arrangement drawings, and a full set of structural calculations.

We also have extensive experience in preparing documentation for Gateway 2 submissions.

Once all design team comments have been incorporated, we issue construction-status drawings along with the relevant production information, including CAM files, fabrication drawings, panel drawings, and material schedules.

Manufacture & Install

We manage the coordination of deliveries to ensure materials arrive on site in line with the construction programme.

Whether supplying loose stud and track for site installation in under two weeks, or delivering off-site manufactured panels in the correct installation sequence, we ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

The installation teams are fully supported with ongoing technical assistance to resolve any queries during construction, as well as on-site inspections to assess and verify installation.
